- In 2005, Becky and I got a wild hair and built a wee casa in Mexico. We thought: "If not now, when?" What a crazy, great adventure. An illustrator for twenty+ years, in 2007, I accepted a full-time teaching gig with Watkins College of Art, Design & Film. This is our fourth summer south of the border. We're cooking, gardening, making art, and exploring. Feels good. Feels like home.
